in autumn 2004, second series commenced. 5 of 8 professionals returned. these professionals were: brendan, anton, erin, paul , camilla. there 5 new professionals are: darren, ian, lilia, nicole , hazel. hazel participated in series while other professionals competed in following series.


a new spin-off show called strictly come dancing: takes 2 presented claudia winkleman created series , has continued air alongside each following series, hosted zoë ball on bbc two.
