manchester valley high school opened in august 2009 alleviate overpopulation @ north carroll high school in hampstead. teaching grades 9 through 12, first graduation ceremony occurred on june 1, 2011. 2 high schools, manchester valley , north carroll, merged 1 school once again after north carroll shut down in 2016.
