manchester has 3 major parks, totaling 82 acres (0.33 km) of developed , undeveloped land. manchester has park area of town in carroll county.



christmas tree park located in northeastern part of manchester , has largest developed park land in area. home of several baseball diamonds, 3 tennis courts, multiple playgrounds children, , picnic , grilling areas. in less developed , wooded area there 3 small large ponds. park populated pine trees resemble christmas trees.
pine valley park, located in northern part of town, has more 60 acres (0.24 km) of land , on 4.5 miles (7.2 km) of trails, natural spring, pond , pine , hardwood forests. opened in july 1995, created open classroom nearby manchester elementary school. school students voted , selected name charlotte s quest classroom tribute charlotte b. collett, town councilwoman oversaw project.
westside memorial park small park running parallel maryland route 27 in western part of town. park has skateboard facility within town, has since been removed due safety hazards.
