loyang industrial estate encompasses of 3 subzones, loyang west, loyang east , flora drive. town of pasir ris contains within it, 4 subzones, pasir ris central, pasir ris west, pasir ris drive , pasir ris park. although pasir ris wafer fabrication park not part of loyang industrial estate, still functions own individual subzone nonetheless. in total, entire planning area has 8 subzones.


pasir ris has hills less 40 metres in height. since 2014, these hills have been flattened make way upcoming residential development.
